Karma And Destiny Explained | A Life Lesson | Read now

Introduction

 Hey y’all,

Here I am with yet another thought that took me forever to understand. Not that I’ve understood it completely—that would be too high of myself—but you see, I’m just gettin’ started.

So… karma, huh?

What is karma?

Karma is a path you choose when you're in a situation, making some change—not only in the world but in your simple life too. As we can recall, a great sage named Newton once said, “Every action has an equal and opposite reaction.” The only difference with karma is that it doesn’t give you a reaction instantaneously. Instead, it waits for the perfect situation to reward you—or get back to you.

But you see, there’s another belief system called destiny.

What is destiny?

Destiny is just a path that leads to the reaction of your karma. Destiny never leads to action—only reaction. You see, people often overrate destiny or even blame it, but destiny serves karma. Indirectly, destiny serves you. If you are the master of your karma, you are the master of your destiny.

So, what is good karma and bad karma?
Why do good people face difficult situations?
Why do bad things happen to good people?

These are some questions that often come to mind when people are looking to blame destiny.

Well, the thing is—karma is a game.(Read about such a Game in Mahabharat)
The more you play and succeed (i.e., create good karma), the more difficult levels or situations you will face. The destiny of good people leads them to victory via the difficult route. On the other hand, those with a bad karmic account may win sooner—but they can’t stay on top for long.

You see, a victor’s position is a windy place—if you’re not equipped with proper equipment (i.e., skills gained through hardship), the wind blows you away.

Nature hates cheaters.
You might win a battle by cheating, but you will most certainly lose the war.

Now, what is good or bad karma?

How do we know we’re doing good karma?

Well, that’s not really a secret. And honestly, this answer isn’t mine to give—it’s an answer best given by your own conscience. Trust me, even if you try to control your thoughts, your conscience will always give away whether what you did was good or bad.

Simple as that.

But for those who want a method outside the heart—here’s a trick:

Whenever you do something, you feel a response in your heart, your body, and your brain. It fades within a few minutes, but in that short moment, it tells you whether you did the right thing. It’s like a small energy surge.

Destiny is a word that took karma (effort) to be created.

So guys, that’s all for today.
I hope I’ve reached and tickled some level in your intellect.
